Meaning that you can play Metal Slugs series without any lags and without having to use the "cheats" slider everytime you boot the games, then for other NeoGeo games I don't know how it will render or going wrong, not my problem haha.

It's been existing since some versions now, and it doesn't show the loading screen, nor the nagging screen, where you have to type OK or move left/right, plus it adds high score support, meaning that it doesn't reset highscores after playing and exiting games. I just tried it, works fine.
Most complete sets have the roms in them zipped. This keeps maximum compatibility across the different versions of Mame that are out there. They will be torrent zipped, so that when you use your torrent program to download them, they will have the exact hashes every time. See below for torrent zipping.
